Refund & Return Policy

Packages that arrive tampered with or damaged upon transit will be replaced or refunded at the customers request.

The customer must contact Zoot's immediately upon delivery, and provide pictures of the discrepancy along with the claim.

We do not honor refunds or returns after the day of delivery. All claims must be made on the day of Delivery.

All orders are quality controlled two times, in house, prior to being sealed and shipped,
